Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us with photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item within 7 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping, however, please contact us and we will try to work something out.

Non-returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Cloth face masks and cloth pouches are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their intended use.
Knitting, Sewing, and Quilting Pattern PDFs: all patterns are not refundable. Please read through all listings prior to purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
